I had also turned on Waze and that got me to my destination and I picked up the customer and only then did the Uber app begin working again showing me I still had the trip. So again these problems and the lowering of my acceptance rating has made me hesitant to accept further reservations going forward. Customer service was useless when I relayed the problem and said they would note my account but never corrected my acceptance rating which is very disappointing.
