Zumiez suppliers will not work with subcontractors for Zumiez products without written authorization from Zumiez. Subcontractor has to agree to comply with the Zumiez requirements. As a condition of doing business with Zumiez Inc. Zumiez will work with designated agents and third parties to engage in announced and unannounced monitoring activities to ensure compliance, including confidential employee interviews.
